About
I’m Patrick McLenithan, a platform engineer based in Salzburg, Austria. I work at Red Bull, where I build internal developer platforms and infrastructure.
Outside of work, I’m building Nockerl, a personal AI platform that ties together Claude Code, local LLMs on a DGX Spark cluster, vector memory, and a web-based dashboard. It’s my daily driver for managing code, infrastructure, and side projects.
I write here about the things I’m building and the decisions behind them: AI tooling, infrastructure automation, self-hosting, and the intersection of developer experience and platform engineering.
